| The following conditions establish the relationship between Silvercoast Running Tours and the Client. |
| In order to book an activity, I acknowledge and accept these conditions. |
| Silvercoast Running Tours is a tourist entertainment company registered with Turismo de Portugal under RNAAT No. |
| Silvercoast Running Tours provides civil liability and personal accident insurance, and all participants are covered by these insurances. |
| The company is not responsible for any accidents that occur due to carelessness or disregard on the part of customers, or for any injury that did not occur during the running activity in question. |
| For the above reasons, the client will follow all the instructions given during the running tours. |
| Everyone who requests our services expressly accepts and assumes all risks that may exist during our tours. |
| The basic requirement for running with Silvercoast Running Tours is to feel well on the day and to be at least 18 years old. Younger runners are only authorised when accompanied by a parent or guardian of legal age. |
| I am aware that the race involves physical activity, and I affirm that I am in good physical condition for it. |
| I must not take part in the race if I have any medical, physical or other problem that indicates that I am not suitable for the race. |
| Runners must inform Silvercoast Running Tours in writing of any medical problems they may have. |
| Runners must inform Silvercoast Running Tours in writing of any medical problems they have, even if they do not jeopardise the tour.. |
| Payment for the activity must be made before it starts. |
| You can cancel your booking by sending us an email at least one day in advance and we will refund you. If you wish, we can reschedule the race at no extra cost. |
| The company will not reimburse customers who do not turn up for the activities and/or who do not give at least one day’s notice. |
| Silvercoast Running Tours reserves the right to cancel any activity and reimburse its customers. |
| Activities may be cancelled in the following circumstances: |
| Due to adverse weather conditions |
| In the event of force majeure |
| In the event of sudden illness of a running guide |
| If the agreed conditions are not met |
| Clients grant Silvercoast Running Tours all rights to the photographic and video material taken during the race and allow it to be used for promotional purposes. |
| Personal belongings are the responsibility of their owners and Silvercoast Running Tours is not liable for any items lost during the race. |
